The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is received and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

After the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.

We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before initiating the refund process.

6. Cancellations
